Kath Sutherland nee Rosedale. Anaesthetic registrar in the Severn area. Mum of Joss who was part of the Faraway Medicine 2015 and 2016 course team as a baby. With Rex now to complicate matters.
Special interests include altitude/cold and medicine in resource poor areas. Two years emergency medicine and anaesthetics in South Africa, medic for BSES in the springtime Arctic and a season in Machermo rescue post.
Best expeditions include kayaking down West coast of Scotland, Adidas Terrex 5 day non stop exped adventure racing in scotland, running GR20 in Corsica and all sorts of Alpine ski touring madness.
