Sarah’s love of the outdoors and travel began at a young age, she always sought outdoor adventures and grasped any opportunity to travel and explore new places.

 

Since she has participated in a range of expeditions taking her worldwide and she has provided medical cover to various groups trekking, climbing, kayaking, cycling and even for those running the Everest Marathon.

​

On completion of the diploma of tropical medicine and masters from the LSHTM, she went on to spend longer placements at clinics in Uganda, India, and Nepal.

When not away Sarah can be found working as an Emergency Medicine doctor giving a perfect base of transferable medical skills to use in the remote environment.

​

This wide experience base and work as a wilderness medical and ALS Instructor has given her the ideal background from which to teach and share this enthusiasm with others.
